FrontCounter BC offers over 80 different authorizations required by natural resource clients. For your convenience, application forms are available online.
First Step
Before downloading and printing forms, please call 1-877-855-3222 (1-877-855-FCBC) for a free consultation with one of our knowledgeable FrontCounter BC staff members to ensure that you have the right forms for your situation.
How to Use the Forms
How to use the online forms:
- Search alphabetically for the permit or authorization.
- Print and complete the form. If you have any questions, please call 1-877-855-3222 for assistance.
- When completing forms ensure that:
- Your legal name is used to fill in the application;
- Every box of the respective application is filled in;
- Submitted maps are legible and reference the specific parcel/plot.
- You may pay for your permit or authorization:
- In person by cash, debit card, cheque (payable to Minister of Finance) or visa/mastercard;
- By mail with cheque (payable to Minister of Finance) or visa/mastercard (complete and submit the Visa/MasterCard Payment Authorization Form). Do not send cash in the mail;
- By fax using visa/mastercard (complete and submit the Visa/MasterCard Payment Authorization Form).
- Submit the completed application form to your local FrontCounter BC office by mail, fax, or in person. Here is the list of FrontCounter BC office locations and fax numbers.
